9TH SPACE

The 8-story, 56,000 sf 9th Space building will offer ground floor retail, upper level offices and roof deck. Designed for this repeat client and his “Space” theme, this building offers an alternative to the large scale corporate office neighbors in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. Why the shape, we took advantage of the setback for the high-voltage powerlines and used it to inform the design.
