Our client had two adjoining properties but wanted to permit them separately. How can we get these two parcels to speak with each other in a dramatic way? We went old-school and applied some rigorous symmetry. A bold frame gestures to a grand stairway entrance that leads to an intimate urban courtyard. Inside the courtyard you’ll find 78 units quietly tucked away. The views form the corner units are spectacular!
