SANBORN

The original run-down Sanborn building is a historic 3-story retail and office building that had a funky interior connection to its 2-story neighbor to the north. We added a partial third floor to the neighbor, added elevator and stair core, and connect the two. Converting the upper floors into office with restaurant and lobby space at grade and refurbishing the exteriors we have extended the life of this beautiful building.
