With a walk score of 90 you know you are living urban. Although located in a quieter Seattle neighborhood, all the amenities are just a short walk away. This site had 25’ of grade change from the street to the alley, narrow frontage and powerline setbacks on 85th but yielded 41 congregate units and 400 sf of commercial space. This was one of the pioneering projects in the congregate (micro) model in the city.
