FOOTPRINT WALLINGFORD

Wallingford is home to some famous well-heeled Seattleites, Harry and the Henderson’s and some quirky architecture. We celebrated this cocktail when we were pioneering the micro-housing concept of 44 micro units and a modest retail liner with the late Jim Potter and his amazing team Tyler, Kelten, Katherine and Paul. Man, that was fun.
